We use nothing but the finest locally sourced beef from our own farm (Nether Dargavel) just 10 Miles from our shop.
We mature all our steaks a minimum of 28 Days with additional ageing on request in our state of the art dry ageing fridges creating mind-blowing flavour and tenderness.
